  I should have submitted this review awhile ago but was too lazy. I am now referring a friend and I read some of the reviews with shock. We did not experience anything negative. We love our Sunscape Room. The quality of the construction and the service we received was excellent. Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable about Sunscape. He kept us apprised of the building updates. We are now several years in to our beautiful room and will regret leaving it behind if we ever sell the house to move.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Did the siding and gutters on my house. The siding is terrible, they did not even nail the siding down and it's literally falling down. They put gutters on that are too small and improperly installed them way below the roof line, instead of flush, so the gutters do not catch any water. Instead, the water leaks behind the improperly installed siding. Company says they don't repair anything they improperly installed, they only warrant against defects in the materials. Too bad the law says otherwise and this company is just asking for a lawsuit. I'm sure it will be one of many lawsuits that have been filed against this terrible company. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. Even if you get a 5 year old to do the work, it'll be better than what these guys are capable of .

  The only reason I gave Sunspace Enclosures 1 star because that’s the minimum I can pick. I'm writing google review for anyone who is considering using Sunspace Enclosures for window installation services. 1- I have window whistle noise in three rooms also 95% of windows have excessive air leaking in and one window sashe wont move up and down smoothly. I complaint to company rep Mr. Phil on December 2nd, 2018. Phil came on 9th January 2019, he said we will fix all three problems. But there was another round of representatives Mr. Chris and Joe who visited on 30th January. Thank you very much for coming on the coldest day but your visit was 2 months later after my first complaint. 2- Mr. Chris ("Sunspace Enclosures" owner) & Joe (Joyce window manufacturer rep) were very unprofessional & discourteous, I’ve ever encountered. First they both were saying that there is no air leaking problem although it was clearly excessive air leaking in. When I showed them whistle noise, Chris said this is normal how I know that you don’t have whistle noise by your old windows. Imagine company owner is saying that whistle noise is OK, although in most cases, whistling is the result of wind passing through a slight gap in the window… and anything that can be done to close that gap will help to eliminate the whistling. Installer should fill the gap with expanding foam insulation to prevent the noise from occurring. 3- This company is reacting very different before getting the business and providing services after the business!!! 4- See the attached pictures for the temperature at the window corner and home thermostat temp taken on 2nd February, 2019. Outside temperature was 30 deg F. Per company owner Mr. Chris and window manufacturer Mr. Joe this window is perfect and there is no air leakage from this window.
