    My husband & I had Jay build our retirement home during the timeframe of Dec 2015 thru May 2016. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home and with the wonderful relationship we developed with Jay and all of his subcontractors. Jay's subcontractors really enjoy working with him and it was evident throughout the project. My husband & I never built a house before & Jay was on the ball responding to all of our questions and concerns timely and professionally. I highly recommend this builder!
