  Paul and his crew were amazing to work with during the entire roof process with no hiccups at all. The before and after of our roof color is just out of this world. We got several estimates and his was by far the best. He was in the middle price point but his attention to detail was top notch and that is why we chose him.

  We spoke with 2 other roofing companies before choosing Sunland Development and they were definitely the right choice. We decided to go with them because they offered more value (warranty length) for the same price other roofers were quoting. Paul's team was fast, professional, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company!

  I had 8 quotes for a re-shingle. Went with Paul and team and never regretted it. I actually asked Paul way too many questions about our home renovation and he was nothing but generous with his time and knowledge. The team got it done in two days in the hottest part of July. Would highly recommend.
