  We recently hired Suncoast Roof Cleaning to clean our concrete tile roof. Martin Rosander is one of the most conscientious contractors we have ever hired. His initial effort to provide us with a detailed explanation about his cleaning process along with requested documentation for State of Florida contractors license, Insurance certificate, industry certifications and accreditation's, demonstrated his level of professionalism from the start. His cost proposal was reasonable based on other proposals received. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. The provided photo from Martin indicates how well he cleaned our roof, note my neighbors tile roof to the left compared to our cleaned roof (red) .... a picture is worth a thousand words. I have no ties or affiliation with Suncoast Roof Cleaning, I'm a satisfied customer who hopes my experience and opinion helps others to choose this qualified contractor to clean their roof.

  04 OCT 2018 AMAZING!!!! Our house looks brand new. Working with Martin was fantastic. His professionalism and attention to detail was consistent throughout the entire process. He delivered 100% on all terms we agreed upon during his initial quote. The soft wash with less toxic chemicals left our home and landscaping in great shape. THANK YOU MARTIN!!!

  This is how all home improvement contractors should be! Martin was professional, timely and did a fantastic job. As mentioned, he provides all insurance upfront, you don’t even have to ask him. Quality work that you are glad you had done, not regret doing.
