Had a glass and frameless shower door installed by this company approximately 2 years ago. I must say, they did a fabulous job. Now the hinge on the shower door is starting to separate and door is out of whack and rubbing on tile which is making it hard to open and close. I have called the company a couple of times to see if they do repair service and was told a salesman would call me back. Since initial call it has been almost 3 months and I have called 3 times and emailed this company with no call backs or a reply to email sent. I was not even looking for a freebie on repair, I just wanted it fixed.
Response from the owner
Hello Mr. Coffey, I apologize if we let this slip through the cracks. Thats never how we want one of our customers to feel. I will call you today. We will help you out.

I had no issues with this company and would recommend - thanks to everybody. Diana was the boom, she is very pleasant on the phone and kept me informed. The two man team who came out, smiles on there faces and seem happy to do this job. Hats off to everybody...

Good luck getting these guys to work with you. It's December and I've been stood up by this company since April. Their salesman came to my house and gave me a rough quote of $1,500-$1,600, but asked me if I could wait until after the summer because it was getting too hot for their guys to work in my attic. I tried to be considerate and decided to wait until after summer for the sake of their workers. He said he would email me shortly with a real quote. I never got that email. I called MANY times looking for the guy (and he was the only one who could deal with me in my area) and kept getting no response. On August 23, I called the office and was instructed to once again reach the salesman directly, via text message. I texted him to start scheduling. No response. On September 2, I texted again. No response. Around September 17, after a less than pleasant call to the office, he finally replied to my text and told me the price "would now be right at $2,200 . . . . I will send over the proposal" -- I never received that email . . . again. I'm obviously furious by this time, but the salesman is a nice guy, and is probably busy (for 8 freaking months!). December 2: the salesman texted me asking if I'd be home "today" me: I'll be there later. What time is good for you? salesman: [No response] December 16: I texted him asking if he could come this week salesman: I will make sure to get there me: I sent him my whole schedule salesman: I will try to head that way shortly [Did not show up again] I GIVE UP.
