  Started out great, but after making payment, it quickly went downhill. Waited a whole week after making payment to schedule. After scheduling, started project on a Thursday, had in progress inspection, and failed. We were not notified of failure, I went on county website and saw the failure. We were let know it was a minor thing and they would be able to finish. The never came back on inspection day as we were instructed they would. Went a weekend not knowing whether project was done and it was rainy. I had to call every step of the way to get any sort of information. It took 2 weeks to complete a roofing job that was supposed to take 2-3 days tops! They also charged us for installing a 3rd nail, that was NEVER completed. Had to have someone come out to confirm it hasn’t been done, so we don’t get charged $2500 extra. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

  I'm so sorry you feel that way, and it wasn't necessary for your husband to leave very vulgar messages (9 of them threatening us) As I have already told you, The inspection was delayed because the guys did over 50% and the inspector failed it. And he suggested we get a engineer to inspect it. We hired the engineer and he said it was done perfect and the permit has been closed, I also sent that to you. During that time while waiting for the engineer the roof was done and you had nothing to worry about with the rain, As far as the 3rd nail, I told you if it wasn't done that we would not charge you for that. We have worked hard to get this roof done, inspected and closed out and you knew that. Again I am sorry you feel this way.

  Came within a few days of calling...it was not an emergency. Went into attic ( no easy task), did a thorough inspection, quotes a fair price with a fair turnaround. Came out in less than a week, actually found / repaired a previously undetected issue. Very professional, never tried to upsell us. Will be our go to business for any future roofing issues.

  We have lived in several houses and have had many projects/renovations done over the years, most projects left us feeling like the job wasn’t finished to the standard we expected. Suncastle Roofing was different. The job was done on time, quality work, professional and polite staff! Highly recmmend!
