  I am very impressed with these guys. Their professionalism in providing a detailed and honest quote with very reasonable cost. They worked with me to get within my budget but without compromising the quality of material and workmanship. I loved their execution on the day of the install. They delivered material a day before and on the day, arrived on time. Impressively, they covered all surrounding property and ensured delicate plants and backyard equipment were covered and cared for throughout the job. What was so cool after completing the job in just one day that they returned every furniture, all of the items in backyard exactly at the same place they found it before starting the job. I would highly recommend Sugar Land Premier Roofing to anyone looking for peace of mind when it comes to doing the roof work. They know what they are doing and they proved to me.

  I had a terrible experience with Sugar Land Premier Roofing. They came out and charged $550 to repair a leak around a vent on my roof. The leak came back. I called them back out and they told me that the shingles on the roof were bad and that I needed to replace the roof on the entire slope for $2200. I called in another vendor and found not only had they done shoddy work, and not installed the shingles or patch correctly, but that they actually caused the problem to be worse by the way they laid the patch under the shingles and vent. They actually caused the water to flow under the shingles! So now I had to spend $1450 to replace portions of the decking on my roof and have the job redone. Based on reviews I am sure that Sugar Land Premier Roofing has some good people working for them and they probably care a lot about their work. I personally believe that in my case they likely used subcontractors who were unsupervised and they simply did the minimum. I went with the "big" company because I expected quality. I gave them an opportunity to fix the work and all they did was come back with an even bigger bill. I certainly did not get quality in this case. My strong recommendation is to look elsewhere.

  We were concerned about our roof from the recent storm in August & wanted to get it checked out. It can be stressful sometimes, simply trying to pick who to help you & challenging who to trust for your home. We found Sugar Land Premier Roofing from a close friend that we trusted & were open to having them inspect the roof. From the moment we met Carlos Jr., he was extremely professional, kind & timely. Not only that, he knew a lot about our situation even before we did as he has completed so much work in our area before. He is hungry to help people & it is evident that he uses his company to do so. It was super easy to validate the quality of their work too. We were able to see his prior projects with our own eyes in our community & it validated everything he explained. Overall, the experience was effortless on our end! Carlos Jr. is a fantastic guy and he truly seems to use his roofing company to genuinely help his community. It’s a group that you would recommend your family to & actually be proud that you played a small role in helping them too. I can’t emphasize enough how much of a blessing it was to have found a family of people with such great energy, spirit, authenticity & it’s cool to see there are still people out there with genuine integrity!
