  After wind damage to our roof, we contacted Suburban Exteriors for an estimate on the roof damage. They showed up within 24 hours and assessed the damage. They then were able to work with our Homeowner's Insurance for us to get a new roof. They have been great to work with both in terms of professionalism but also in communication.

  I was a bit suspect using a non local company I knew nothing about, but after the hail storm, they were the ones that told me there was likely damage and crawled on my roof to inspect. I do not think I ever would have known. They took all the needed pictures, filed the claim with my insurance company, negotiated with them so I had nothing to argue about or prove and had no out of pocket expense. Luke, the owner was responsive, answering every call in person in a timely manor. No robo operator to explain in robo terms. Understanding and willing to listen and deal with any issues. Highly recommend. I did in fact call local roofing contractors but either they did not call back, come when said or left undetailed estimate and I was never able to make contact with them again. I forgot to mention, Nate was spectacular as a manager and he and Luke made a trustworthy team.

  Great experience to work with suburban exteriors. They really went over and beyond to work with us. The installers were all amazing and such hard works. They did an amazing job. This crew finished my roof in one long day for them. I would highly recommend this company for your needs. Brad and Brian are amazing. You will not be disappointed hiring this company.
