STX Roofing and Construction did an outstanding job on my parents home. They removed a lot of rotten wood and they did what was needed to make sure our insurance company covered what was needed rather than the bare minimum. They did not cut corners and the quality of the work was exceptional. Their communication and timeliness was awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

On a side note, Mike Burke is an exceptional project manager. His attention to detail and communication skills are top notch and he was very pleasant to work with on this job. He helped my father and I navigate the timelines to be as accommodating as possible. I can't speak highly enough of the work Mike did.

I was very pleased from beginning to end. Impeccable service. My roof was put on and yard cleaned up all in one day. Weston the salesperson was available via phone, text, and or email and was very responsive.

They will not notify you when they are coming to work on your property, will come at the crack of dawn and block your entire driveway while they work. When you ask them to move so you can leave and go to work, they will be extremely rude and will take their time moving. They also have small children that are on the job sites while working.

Stacey, communication is our top priority with our customers.  That is why before your project started, your HOA sent out a pre-start checklist to all 114 property owners in your community.  This notified the property owners about the need to have full access to driveways and expectations for the day of the job.  I apologize if you were not notified of this prior or when you spoke to the HOA the first time you blocked us from completing your job.  I personally was at your job site throughout the day and at no time saw small children there, but if one of our workers families came to see them at a job site, we would be ok with that, as I am sure the company you work for would be too. The finished roof looks good, and the project manager was very cordial. The roof took much too long to complete, however. Rain delayed the start, and then a shortage of labor drug the schedule out. The roof, including the final walk through repairs took  about two weeks. Repairs to damage caused by another contractor, working on the roof, took about 8 months to sort out. The price was good, the project manager was cordial, and I'm satisfied with the finished product; but it simply took too long.

STX Roofing is excellent.  They are Veteran owned/operated and it shows in how they conduct business.  Russell is very honest and a straight shooter.  If he tells you he will do something you can count on it being done.  He is very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  He helped me with the insurance process and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work.  I highly recommend Russell and STX for your roofing needs.

I cannot tell you how many companies I had come out to quote the replacement of all the screws in my metal roof. 3/4 did not even return a quote. STX was right in line with the others in pricing however the response and professionalism was far and above all the rest. Weston answered my calls and emails when I had questions AND was true to his word! We will definitely use and refer every we know to STX for all our roofing needs!

This company replaced the hail damaged roof shingles of my house and they did an excellent job, starting from inspection, dealing with the insurance in getting the adjuster to agreed to all required repairs, scheduling the work to meet my schedule, supervising it, managing it by coordinating with the neighbors, and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. They brought drone to take pictures before and after and took care of all other small issues that were not approved in the insurance schedule like caulking, painting of vents etc. They used GAF roof shingles and synthetic roof cover, which is a highly rated product. They used full rubberized vents cover made by Bullet company, which are durable and long lasting. During roof replacement process, we discovered our gutters and AC coil needed replacement too. They helped us in finding the right tradesman for the job and got both items replaced soon after the roof work at reasonable price. They made sure our place was as cleaned as it was prior to start of work. My neighbors were happy too. I have dealt with many contractors, I found STX Roofing a well established company that can deliver a quality of work with quick turnaround. Russell, Brandon and office staff are great people to work with. I will hire their services again if needed in future. WELL DONE STX ROOFING.

When selling our home, we needed the flashing on our roof assessed. STX had us scheduled within a few days for a completely free estimate. They were professional, very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs and will use them again should I need anything in the future. Their technician, Mike, was absolutely wonderful to work with!
