  I want to start this by saying dealing with this “company” has been HELL I want to rate them a zero but to post a review you need to choose one star. My cousin and I started to rent a duplex from this company we primarily only spoke to Scott Sendek and filed paper work with him. To us he was our landlord the issue came about, that they would take months before depositing the rent I would send out by check. I was soon moving out so my cousin (roommate) decided to give him the cash instead. Now of course at this point she was suppose to get a receipt from him regarding the payment but he never gave it to her and said the office would have record of it, which they did not. Now my account is being charged the rent amount because this unprofessional man kept our rent money to himself a full two months of rent. I have witnesses saying we handed him the money and text messages of him saying he will fix the issue and still they have not reimbursed me. Scott Sendek stole our money and is now doing nothing to help us out and his boss Randy is no help as well he does not answer his emails and does not realize he has a crook that works for him( or maybe he does and does not care). All I want is a reimbursement!! Do not deal with this company !! They are horrible people!!
