  I needed a new roof for insurance reasons. I was informed by my brother of the company that was in the neighborhood. Mr. Ingram and Mr. Chris were awesome with moving forward with the turnaround time of replacing my roof. Strategic Roofing team workers were awesome. So far I’m a happy customer.   The initial quote missed some important details that increased the cost of the work. However, before workers arrived another inspection was done where this was corrected with plenty of time to work out details. This was more than made up for when they took responsibility for the oversight and perhaps due to this replaced all damaged wood under the shingles at no extra cost.They are friendly, professional and easy to work with. I would work with them again

  Great experience from start to finish . Extremely responsive to my challenges being I’m moving from out of state and roof repairs / total removal was completed as stated . Friendly , responsive and very knowledgeable staff . Would totally recommend this company to any Howe owner . They know there stuff and the challenges of living in a hurricane prone zone .
