Storm Restoration Services replaced my roof this year. Ty Hillman promised and deliver great quality and a one day installation. I have one of the largest roofs in the neighborhood which makes the one day install even more impressive. The color selection for tile is massive. Good thing too since my wife and I changed our minds several times. Since the installation I've had many compliments on how good the roof looks. Thanks for the greatwork Ty!!

Ty was very responsive and professional. He sat down with us and explained the entire process with us to replace our roof. He assisted us with filing the claim and communicated with our insurance company. He has great follow up skills and kept us uptodate during our entire project. His crew worked quickly, provided quality work, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The new roof looks great and we would use his company again. We recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I signed a contract with Storm Restoration Services in October of 2020. In November of 2020 they had me sign my initial insurance check and deductible over to them with a promise date of installation by the end of January. I have been in contact with Ty Hillman the owner of the company who has been telling me they are having supplies issue due to COVID. As of last week Ty has not been answering any of my phone calls or text messages. I have no choice but to say they are committing fraud and taking advantage of people. I just want my roof done or my money returned so I can move on!
