  Stonewater did a great job replacing our roof. Jonathan, the sales person was laid back, communicative, very responsive to questions and even came out to the site while work was under way to check in on how things were going. He worked well with the insurance company and followed up multiple times to get items approved. Brad was the on-site job foreman. His boots were always on the ground circling our house to make sure the job was done right. He answered questions right away and ensured the site was spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend Stonewater, we are already getting compliments on the new roof.

  First of all this was the first insurance claim repair I have ever had that was a pleasant experience! Our Stonewater rep Ivan Monzon was exceptional! He made the entire process painless. He was early or on time for every appointment and was in constant contact with our insurance company and us. He did everything possible to prevent delays and did a great job of gathering all the necessary information including videos that got our roof decking replaced as a supplement to the claim. The work crews showed up on time and finished the job quickly and professionally. I had some trim work to do that wasn't part of the repair and Ivan offered to come over one weekend and help me do the repair! I would recommend Stonewater Roofing to anyone needing roofing work! You will be very satisfied!

  Tayler was a huge help in our figuring out exactly what was needed, and advised us how the process would work, especially if damage was found under the roof and would have to be repaired (which did happen, as the roof had needed repair/replacement following the hailstorm and other crazy weather we've had recently.) Nick let us know what to expect while the job was underway, and he and his crew took only three days to replace our entire roof and add venting. They replaced the flashing and things I don't recall the names of around our chimneys, and where the roof met some exterior wall of the upper floor. And don't forget Christina, who I never met as she works in the office in Tyler. She called me and emailed me (and re-sent information when I couldn't find my copy) and made sure I was updated with changes, a checklist for before, during, and after the work was done.
