  We could not be more pleased with our decision to move forward with Stonebridge to replace and fix our entire condo complex roof. Some of the specific highlights include: • The scoping of the project was thorough and the communication on the proposal, costs, expectation, timeline was credible. Michael did a great job managing this process and it provided us confidence knowing that we were partnering with a great organization. • Rick and his project management team demonstrated commitment to their timeline and when there were any changes in the schedule due to weather and or unexpected challenges, the communication was flawless which allowed me to keep my neighbors well informed. • The crew – We applaud them for their effort! They all worked very hard, it is clear they care about quality, and they did a great job throughout the project to keep areas cleaned up to minimize the disruption to the condo owners. • Follow up during every step of the process was very responsive. • Timeline – Your team set a reasonable timeline and finished the project early Trying to maintain a normal living environment for 10 days while having a roofing project for our complex can present challenges, and we appreciate everyone at Stonebridge for making this experience great with minimal disruption.   Outstanding service from start to finish. Manager and team members were very responsive to all questions and concerns. I was so impressed with the entire experience, I recommended Stonebridge to my brother and he had a new roof installed at his home. I will definitely do business with them in future and recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or a new roof.

  Everyone I dealt with were very professional and and answered any question I had. The roofing crew did such a good job. They cleaned up absolutely everything when done and worked very long hours completing the job in 2 days. The company takes care of all the paperwork, permit, inspections etc. I have had neighbors compliment my new roof as well as the crew. I feel the price was reasonable as well. No surprise charges!
