  When I located a leak, they got Fernando in contact right away. He was able to come by the very next day, and he spent the time to check the whole roof, not just the spot I was concerned with, and to explain his estimate in detail. He found some mistakes the last roofers had made, including some things that weren't up to code, and even recommended another company for the interior damage. I honestly haven't decided whether I will use this company, but I will update if I do, and at least so far they seem very professional, responsive, and capable.
