  They were very helpful in the bidding process, but their bid was 54% higher than a smaller company's so I went with a smaller contractor who did an amazing job, I assume because of the increased overhead they have to deal with. They were quick in their communication and were happy to do my project without an inspection, until I informed them I was going with someone else. Strangely enough I had a building inspector try to stop by after the project because of a complaint of work w/o a permit. Kind of sketchy considering they were the only other company in the loop.
