  We used STM Contracting to reside our home. Sam was outstanding from the initial consultation to his final visit to ensure we were happy with the complete job. He was very easy to get a hold of and was a pleasure to do business with. He is a true craftsman when it comes to installing the siding and is a master with the aluminum trim work. He is a man of his word and did everything he said he would do. He did a phenomenal job at an extremely fair price. Sam and his son Eugene worked long days in the heat and got the job done. I am greatful for the job they did and to have met them. They are genuinely nice people. I would highly recommend STM Contracting. The pics of our house speak for themselves.

  I can describe STM Contracting as a very reliable and knowledgeable contractor. I'm extremely happy with the results of their work. During inclement weather our roof was leaking, and Sam was the only contractor who responded to our emergency call! We were pleased with his professionalism and personality, so that two month later we decided to replace the whole roof and couple windows with him. Could not be happier! The quality craftsmanship together with a very reasonable pricing made us absolutely happy! Thanks STM Contracting!

  STM Contracting was recommended to me by a friend of mine when I was looking for a contractor to replace siding on my house and a few windows. The projects were completed to my utmost satisfaction and the price was very reasonable. I gave Sam's number to my collegue as well, when she needed some home improvements.
