Worked with Stillwater on some renovations. Went above and beyond our expectations. We had a rough idea what we wanted to do, but Stephenie figured out the details and also improved the designs in ways we hadn't considered. Thanks to her our house looks great!!! There were a few weather delays that protracted the project, but Stephenie and Darren were both up here working to keep it moving. We'd gotten a few other bids before going with them. Just felt like they were the ones to work with. Would definitely recommend for future work.

Darren and Stephenie built our dream house! They were both great at communicating. The quality of our house is great and we feel like millionaires living in it. We built this house in the middle of the pandemic and they made it so easy for us. We had very little stress and would recommend them!

Darren and Stillwater were hired in 2018 to repair the concrete decks of our villa (improper sloping and construction). A construction engineer drew up exactly what needed to be done to correct these problems. The slope was not done correctly by Stillwater. After contacting Darren with no response, we are having to pay to have the slope corrected. They also "sealed" our deck with a very cheap product that began peeling immediately. We also have to have this paint removed in order to properly seal our decks. Another cost out of pocket because it wasn't done right the first time. Again, he used the cheapest products that do not stand up to the weather in our area. I would not recommend Stillwater to anyone in the Branson area for any type of construction.

Lisa, Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue. We apologize that the work performed on your villa did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that the standards were not met in your interaction with our company. Your happiness is our number one priority. We were hired by the property development company and coordinated communications through the assigned property manager. We were contracted by the company and a construction budget and scope of work was accepted. Our goal was to correct the leaking issues that were mentioned in a structural engineer’s report. I visited with property manager about my concerns with the stucco finish on the exterior walls of the building. The stucco was porous and had not been sealed for several years. I recommended the best solution was to seal the building’s exterior walls with Elasta Meric Loxon. I was worried that if the buildings were not sealed concurrently the integrity of our work could compromised. At that time, it was communicated to me that the funds were not yet available to cover the cost. So, a period of time lapsed, and the exterior of the building was not sealed. Later in the year, the president of the HOA contacted me and requested an estimate to seal the buildings. I was not awarded the project and I assumed someone else’s figures came in lower. I believe the work we performed followed the outline of the scope for which the property development company hired us for. We also met with vendors and used the recommended products to seal your concrete patio. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again to discuss your concerns and issues. You can reach me directly by email or phone. Darren Cummings Stillwater Construction, Inc.
