  Was given a quote and signed a contract in January of 2021 was told the job would be done in 16 weeks.. it's now been 52 weeks and there's been no materials delivered (or ordered!) or work done. I wouldn't be upset if we hadn't given him a down payment for materials but now we are trying to get our money back. Phone calls go straight to voicemail, no call back. DON'T USE THIS GUY. Wish someone else had wrote a review to let me know what to expect.

  I had this company replace all my windows back in 2006 or so & they did a good job. They came when they said they would & worked quickly. Within a year I needed service & they came in a reasonable amount of time. However, when I needed a replacement part a year later, I got the run around. They said they would order the part but never got back to me. Now, 10 years later, one of the windows has a slow growing crack in it & I’ve been trying to get them to replace the glass all summer. I don’t expect it to still be under warrantee, I know I will have to pay for it but they have continued to put me off. I’ll call & they’ll be polite & reassuring but never follow through. I am very disappointed.

  They had a big job ahead of them but it turned out great. Looks so much better. Can't believe the difference. Unbelievable. Thank you so much for making my home so beautiful.
