  This company has replaced our roof and siding back in 2016. Besides the mess they left behind for us to discover and clean upon returning home from a long tiring work day (I have photos and videos) They installed wrong size skylights, even though, I was told that they had ordered custom size skylights. My skylights leaked every single year spring time more heavily messing up my kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. They sent 6 contractors to repair unrepairable issues and even some of the contractors admitted that repair would be a temporary fix. Then when I finally told them that I was taking them to court unless they changed my skylights they said okay and sent 5 more contractors and none came back to fix it. I called some of those contractors back and they told me that They had given the office an estimate and they were waiting their response which Office never sent them. After 4.5 years with 6 repairs and half year left on my skylight warranty I reached out to their Pennsylvania office and was told that they don't give warranty for their roofs but they would not abandon a roof. I lost my contact but they gave me a transferable 20 years warranty on the roof and I was told they would be still around and that's why I was supposed to pick them over others when they got me sign the contract. I had mold on my skylights and roof in the bedroom. I have the pictures. A year after (I am guessing) that mold which was right above our bed which we could not discover long time because they had broken our skylight blinds (we could not open) while trying to clean them from the debris My wife started getting sick non stop. I don't know if it is related but her problems started around that time and she had to get a tonsillectomy surgery in 2019. They keep constantly lying us telling that they will change the skylights and and there is always an excuse like " this contractor is better than other he will fix it" or "I promise this time we will fix it this contractor will change them" or now their new lie is we ordered the parts still waiting on the parts to come. It has been 4.5 years and they are still lying to us like we are little kids. I will start loading videos and if they don't replace my skylights I will take them to court. If I had my contract I would have done it long ago. I will keep you all posted and write more about my emails and messages to them. This company has bad business practice, straight liars and worst company I have ever dealt with. Read my other reviews. I have never given a company a bad review. I know everyone makes mistakes and they should be given the opportunity to fix their mistakes if they can; but these people they keep lying and lying over and over again. I will add photos of the mold, leaks and my kitchen floor and deformed drywall on my next review. I hope this company does the right thing and fixes the problem they have caused.

  I had such a great experience and smooth process in getting my roof replaced. Adam was very professional and worked with my insurance company. He explained in detail the process and was always on time. He was very responsive in all forms of communication and made sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend this company if you need your roof repaired or replaced.

  I just encountered my first experience with Steve Kemper Builder and I have to say it was absolutely first class. I now have a roofing company to go to for any repairs or damage in the future. All of my interactions with the Adam were extremely helpful. What I liked the most, is that during each phase of the process I was made aware of exactly what was going on and what progress had been made. Oh,...and the repair was top notch! I highly recommend this company for anyone who has a damaged roof.
