  We have worked with this company several times over the years. Our most recent experience was by far the best but all have been great. They have a great staff and customer service. The crews all do a great job and show up on time when they say they will. They charged us fair prices for the work provided. I would recommend this company for whoever needs exterior work And we will also be using them again in the future I'm sure. Thank you Sterling exteriors.

  In short, I strongly recommend finding a different roofing company. The 30 year warranty has not been honored and we've had 2+ leaks within the first 6 years of having the roof. We were told debris on our roof was the reason initially (we live in a wooded area - who doesn't have leaves on their roof?) and now we were told it was our siding 6 months later after we had another leak. This leak was after we fixed and paid for our ceiling to be redone. In short, the warranty doesn't seem to be backed by the company and they will try to get out of it like they've done with our home. It's unfortunate.

  I am sorry for your frustration in this matter. The warranty clearly states that failure to maintain the roof and keep clean of debris will nullify the warranty. Roof maintenance is a big deal especially with the design of your roof line and being in the woods amongst falling leaves every year. We cleaned the roof free of debris on our own so that we could verify nothing is wrong with the roof and flashing. Upon having 1" of rain in an hour a few nights later the roof did not leak. We also went back out a 2nd and 3rd time to ensure the roof is in good shape. Sterling has spent over $1,000 on this matter so if that doesn't show our dedication to our customers I don't know what does. Sterling does great work and we depend on our great work to obtain future business. I am sorry you have had a bad experience but feel we have tried to help as best we can. At this point we can not respond or come back out until the social media posts are cleaned up per our agreement.

  Sterling exteriors did a phenomenal job fixing the gutters and painting our 70 ft tall house. It was a challenge for sure but they had a plan and stuck with it and we were very happy with the results. We built our home with Sterling Homes and were used to the same quality of work and attention.
