Omg 😍 I love my new kitchen it is so beautiful. Zam the owner of the company was such a nice guy, professional, amazing and punctual of the many services he provides for my home . I normally do not do google reviews , however he deserves all 5 stars for this amazing remodeling.
He provided the materials and all I had to purchase was the appliances for my new kitchen . He helped with the amazing blueprint and great color scheme. My home finally feels like a home I can truly enjoy. I even hired him to design my laundry room. I recommend him for all of your home improvement services and ideas .

Manual do excellent work! They tiled our fireplace. There work is done with integrity and professional. I would recommend them completely. I would also add their pricing is reasonable.

Hired Stenco Construction to do my kitchen and bathroom. There are no words to describe how good the outcome is. The tiling is amazing! My bathroom looks opulent and my kitchen tedious. The owner, Zam, is a really nice and calm guy. He completes his tasks and thoroughly explains the processes. Stenco is trustworthy, neat, and gets the work done quickly, I recommend them 100%!

Hello,

I am a first time homeowner and I asked Zam to re-construct my driveway and the surrounding area with concrete. Zam's crew did a decent job with the backyard and driveway, the issue was with the side path that required sloping so the water would run the away from my home. After 2 months of completed work we noticed molding and water damage in my basement. I figured out that Zam's crew pitched the ground towards my basement windows instead of away from my house as we agreed upon. I called him to explain that water was coming into my house due to his company's work and his response was to lay additional break around my basement windows to make a conduit so the water wouldn't come in. He said he would come early last week and we have not heard from him since. Now, I am stuck with thousands of dollars of water damage and mold removal, he didn't even offer any remedial help with my basement. He didn't even admit that this was a mistake and he didn't have the urgency to fix it. He will keep making excuses as to why he didn't show up, once his company has your final payment say good bye.

A few things that we noticed when he came to our property.
- He pleaded to us to give him two 5 star reviews from both me and fiancé on the same work his company completed.
- When we first met him, the 2nd sentence that came out of this guy's mouth was that we needed additional work on our house's brick, repointing.
- Rushed us with the payments
- Decided to do backyard demolition prior to it raining causing ground water to enter my basement
- Attention to detail is severely lacking,
- He doesn't double check his crew's work. (If he did, I wouldn't of had mold/water damage in my basement)

Excellent service! The job was done in less than a month and my kitchen looks beautiful!.

Zam was great to work with -- easy to reach and easy to talk to about ideas for our kitchen etc. The workers he hired to do different parts of the work needed were all very friendly and competent. We love our changes to our kitchen!!

I'm very happy with my project and the owners were very courteous and attentive. I have had other projects completed at my home where the contractors did not show up and did poor work. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and if I had a question they would respond back promptly.
