  Wow! I just had my roof replaced by Stell and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are super courteous, responsive and fairly priced. My roof was removed and replaced in one day and they cleaned up the site perfectly before they left. I enjoyed working with them and will definitely call them in the future for siding replacement. Thanks again.

  Chris Vincent puts the Stella in "Stella Exteriors" We had hole in our home from a squirrel and a leaky 30 year old garden spigot. After doing the research and getting bids from various contractors we went with Chris. He was prompt, courteous, reasonable, and professional. He was in an out in a jiff and did such a great job. SO much so that now I'm dusting off the old project list to start budgeting for him to do. Highly recommended you wont be disappointed

  In spite of the rating criticism about your 2+ week non-response to a customer, I decided to request a proposal in the hopes it was a “one off” situation as you tried to rationalize in your online response. On 9/24 I requested a proposal and was told you were “sending the estimator out right away”. By 10/9 I had heard nothing from you and followed up. At that point the lady indicated “he will be going out as soon as possible”. Now here it is 11/13 and you send a proposal, nearly two months after the original request, with absolutely no interim contact from you! That would be bad enough, however you have gotten the requested work completely wrong! 1. The entire carport ceiling was to be replaced, not half 2. One of the enclosed outdoor showers walls and ceilings was also to be replaced 3. There was no request to replace the light fixtures. The work has already been done. I am not sure if that was your intent all along. If so, I guess you are lucky to have so much work that you can repeatedly ignore potential customers. It appears to be a pattern with your company, but one I have no interest of experiencing again.

  Yes that is correct we receive an enormous amount of requests for all different types of quotes, some larger then others. We try our best to get quotes to everyone, most companies do not do repair work or quote it, we try to get to them all, no matter how big or small the jobs are. Yours In particularly is a smaller job. I apologize that our response wasn’t up to your expectations. You will never hear that we have done bad work or that we didn’t follow through on a job, we always complete our work and do a great job. We receive many referrals from that. I don't believe its luck however it's the great reputation in the work that we perform. Thank you for your response and good luck with your future endeavors.
