  We bought a 2 story tile home in the city of Yorba Linda last year and with the rains this year we noticed two roof leaks. Completely blind to the process of repairing a roof I called Javier and staff and him helped me through the process. I called and the receptionist set me up with a Saturday appointment. When Javier came out he was able to write me up an estimate on the spot and walk me through it. I chose to go with them versus the other estimate I had because I like that they didn't take my naivety and try to exploit it. They did the work a few days after and did an excellent job. Very satisfied with my experience.

  The backyard of our home was starting to look a little shabby and we decided to re do our deck as well as get some repairs done on a room additions we had that was not quite done correctly the first time from another roofer. The owner came out himself to meet with me and go over a few options. I decided to go with his services because he was very experienced and I liked the fact they did both roofs and patios and decks. That saved me time and money. They were able to fix the other roofers mistake and explain where it went wrong. The coating they put on my deck is durable and looks great. They also replaced some boards and did a little wood working that all looks amazing.

  I had been looking into a cool roof for one of my commercial buildings but never pulled the trigger. I had a friend who had Stay Dry do a coating on his building and he would not stop talking about how much cooler his building was, how much he saved on not continuously running the air conditioner and how great of a job Stay Dry did. I decided to use them for building and it was all true. The guys were professional and very cautious in not disrupting my business and keeping everything clean. The quality of work was excellent as well. I had been researching the types of coating and standards. They exceeded my expectations and now I am just left wondering, Why didn’t I do this earlier. Commercial or residential I would recommend Stay Dry Roofing.
