Maxiley silva is the owner of Max Granite and he has a pretty good grasp of how a Business should act and respond to their Customer. We tried to get in contact with Micah for the past months, but unfortunely no reply or contact was made from Stattus Technology. All the permits were not approved. Our house has a easement line which we cannot build the Pergola. The homeowner tried to get the Permits, but also was not approved and also paid from his own pocket all the cost for the Permits. We will be expecting a Full refund, since he did not follow contract or his own word. He used Stattus tech as a referral from his neighbor, but did not work out at all. The contract was signed in the end of January and until now no work was done and no Refund was issued.
