  I have used Stancell Construction/roofing on my previous home as well as our home we purchased last year. Both jobs were identical as far as quality, timeliness, value. Both roofs were total replacements to include OSB underlay. Steve Stancell is one of the best contractors I have utilized in the 38 years I have owned homes. Steve is incredibly detail oriented who has his team perform the word flawlessly. He came to inspect my homes within two days of my contact call. Steve spent several hours doing a thorough inspection, explained exactly what I needed and why in laymen terms and started the project shortly after. Steve uses only top quality product and is on site daily to ensure the install was up to his high standards. Steve's prices are most competitive and turn out to be a great value when you consider the excellence of the workmanship. I highly recommend Stancell construction.
