  SRQ Building Services installed a new roof for us. They were always prompt to reply to any questions, showed up to do the work when they said they would, and cleaned up the yard end of each day. Finished the roof in 2 days, super impressed! Also worth noting, we were in the process of buying this house when first reached out to them. They were flexible in working with us on that, ensuring they would not charge us anything in case the sale didn't go through. Would work with them again and recommend to others.

  I know this is going to sound like it was written by SRQ. Because it is so positive but it's not. I called 5 roofers and interviewed them not just for price but how I thought they would do the job. I'm a mechanical engineer plus I built and rehabbed house so I know a little bit about roofs. I chose SRQ. Ray's price was very good and I found him to be very knowledgeable. He wasn't a sales man. He owned the company. I'm just so happy that I hired Ray to do the reroof. I'm a very picky guy so I want it done right. He went above my expectations. He did things that I didn't even think about. My roof was very large about 73 sq...Again he did a fantastic job......

  I found SRQ Building Services through an on-line Google search. I chose them and 2 other companies to provide us with a roof replacement estimate, based on their excellent reviews. When Ray, the owner arrived, he did not disappoint. Besides being so nice, he did a thorough roof evaluation and showed us pictures of troubled areas. He explained all the areas to be covered under the contract and had tile samples for us to choose both color and manufacturer. The price was fair and we compared his contract to the others. Once we decided on his company, his crew was available to start the following week. The crew was hard working, efficient and organized and replaced the roof, vents and 4 skylights in the time promised. It was a pleasure to do business with Ray. I will gladly recommend him to friends and we will use his company for any future business we may need.
