  Anthony runs a tight operation that shows up when they say they will and follows up as needed. We hired a construction company to build a back porch onto our house. Because the roof of the porch did not properly meet the roof of the house at the same height like it should have, we were having terrible problems with water pouring off the roof and into our porch. Long story short, Anthony had to clean up someone else's very complicated mess. He worked diligently to solve a problem that seemed to be unsolvable. Since he fixed the roof, our porch hasn't flooded once. He has so much integrity, a quality lacking in so many people these days, and such dedication to doing the job right, that I have recommended him wholeheartedly and wanted to do so publicly as well. On top of that, the price is more than fair. I assure you there is no better roofer in the biz.

  I asked Select Roofing Consultants to inspect a still-leaking roof repair completed by Elite Exterior Contractors, who would not return any contact. Anthony Bulcher, the owner, identified that the EEC repair was insufficient and that they should have replaced the shingles in the entire roof valley in order to prevent water backups. He provided a quote of $685 and I hired him to repair the problem. He replaced the entire roof valley and found shingles with quarter-sized holes just a foot above where the EEC repair started. If they had done their job correctly, they would have found the same holes and fixed the first time. Anthony was prompt, reliable, and honest with his assessment of the leak source, the repair, and the cost. I paid $685 to SRC to fix the incomplete $550 work by EEC.

  Mr. Anthony Bulcher of SRC-Select Roofing Consultants exceeded my inspections. Anthony offered quick turn around time on getting the final roof inspection report and came out really soon after I called him! Anthony was very attentive. He was so personable, professional, and responsive to emails and phone calls. All of the info I needed, including great pics were included in the report. All of my questions were answered. If you need a certified roof inspection, this is your guy! I'm so pleased with my experience!
