  Springfield Commercial Roofing has completed Four roof replacements from 3000 to 7500 sq.ft in last 3 years and several small repairs on our 62,000 sq.ft 14 building complex. Each replacement was quoted and completed exceeding out expections.We will continue to accept bid quotes from Springfield in the future. Mahlon and his crew take pride in work completed.   Thanks to Springfield Commercial Roofing for the opportunity in providing their specialized Roofing skills on multiple projects.... the 1st project was a very complex restaurant roof with lots of ponding water and zero slope to the few existing drains it had. Although they faced some weather complications the end results were quite satisfying. The ponding water was eliminated an in many facets of the roof they generated adequate drainage. Needless to say, We as the General Contractor and the Client was Truly Impressed with the results. We've interacted with S C R on multiple projects since and have never regretted the choice yet and look forward to our continuation. As a General Contractor it is as vitally important to engage with reliable,trustworthy,and skilled subcontractors as a Property owner.
