  Carlos and Rene were great. They Cleaned and replaced the covers for all my gutters. They did a great job and finished in a timely and clean manner. Carlos even pointed out some issues I need to take care of I wouldn’t have known about had he not said something. Issues that could be a bigger problem if left alone. Would recommend their services to others.

  I called Spotless Gutters at 10 pm last night as the rain dripped into my basement from what we thought was a backed up gutter. John the owner was extremely professional and responsive. We talked through the situation and I expressed urgency since we are traveling tomorrow. To be accommodating, he sent his son Jack to assess our situation given that all his technicians were already booked. Jack was polite and helpful. He climbed up to my roof after spending 20 minutes figuring out how to open the hatch, which had become stuck, and took lots of photos and videos of the area. John later called to discuss the situation and described what they would do and how much it would cost. However, he also suggested that perhaps we might try a plumber first, as he blockage might be from a pipe in the basement below the area causing an overflow, rather than the gutter above as we initially thought. John was truly caring and wanted to help us find the root problem, rather than trying to sell us work that might not fix the issue. We are grateful for his honesty and integrity and would absolutely go back to him if we need gutter work in the future. He is a true professional.

  Spotless Gutter and Roofing, especially Carlos and Rene, were amazing. They arrived right on time for gutter cleaning and installation of gutter screens, and were very professional and kind. They were VERY quick with the entire process and went above-and-beyond to fix a couple of gutters that were a bit crooked as they were installing the screens, which look great. I can't recommend them enough!
