  In a few words, absolutely terrible customer service. Both Tom, owner, and Julie, support person did not respond to phone messages and calls multiple times. In the rare instance contact was made, we will call you back, but never did. Was promised a start date for complete roof replacement, $18k in November, no later than Thanksgiving. After waiting 3 1/2 months after signing quote, we had to go with a different roofer due to no scheduling or follow up. Cannot speak to quality of work, but what a disappointment and not worth your time. Hard to believe they stay in business being so disorganized and unresponsive to clientele. Brian Miller.

  Our 2021 monsoon season caused major flooding and roof leaks throughout Tucson. Unfortunately, we were one of the victims. For 3 weeks, we called and struggled to find a roofer who could fix our roof. Tom (who happened to do a roof inspection for us) was able to take care of us right away. Julie was wonderful and patient with me as I begged for help over the phone. Tom's team came out and fixed our roof in less than a day. I expected it to take a long time but NO. Spencer Roofing is amazing! I can't say enough about them. I'll never go with anyone else.

  Came highly recommended to me by two people. I submitted the form on their website which said there was a 2 week lag. After a month I called and was told that they had my information and would be calling soon. It has now been another month since that. I'm not sure what the deal is, I hope everyone is ok, but if I were you I would not bother calling until they get through whatever it is they are going through.
