  Good folks to work with, and better quality lumber then HD, but half the time I have to resort to HD because of their bulk pricing. Dont mind paying a little more with Spenard but its usually substantially more. Shop here as much as possible.

  This was the best lumber yard experience I've ever had. The man helping me was friendly, accepted my dad jokes, offered me poly to cover my load so it wouldn't get wet, and helped me strap down my load. I was able to back into the building so I could load out of the rain. I've never been able to do that at Home Depot. The quality difference between sanded plywood cannot be understated. I got sheets of 23/32 from both stores, and Spenards' was a far superior product.
