I had my wooden fence originally installed in July 2021. The workmanship of the crew was nice and done in a timely manner. Recently, I had to contact Specialty FDR and have them return to repair the gate door. The installer along with another gentleman (not the owner Shawn) who assisted him, came out to my property on two occasions to repair the gate door. The guy was polite, kind, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs before leaving. My experience with this company will not go unnoticed. Remember kindness goes a very long way and customer service is important!

Shawn (the owner) spoke with me on the day of installation to clarify the layout of the fence. After going over details Shawn relayed to his crew exactly what he needed them to do and he left, only checked in periodically….his crew was EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS! Just a few days later my install is complete and BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS…I’m completely satisfied. FDR ROCKS! Thank you so much 😊

My wife left a review detailing our account of not being able to get into contact with the company after 4 weeks of calling. Interestingly, after posting her review, the owner called us today (the day after) stating he wanted to speak about the gate to get it fixed. The owner showed up and I asked what I could help him with. He asked me if I knew that my wife left a review on Facebook. This obviously has nothing to do with fixing the gate. I again inquired what the purpose of the visit was. He tells me that he wants to show me the gate again (obviously, I live here - I've seen the broken gate for 4 weeks). He tells me that fixing it out of his hands and now up to Lowe's (he subcontracts for them) - this shows the entire purpose of the visit is based on a bad Google/FB review and nothing to do with actually fixing a broken gate. Luckily, I have plenty of cameras on my property and can simply forwarded the interaction to Lowe's Pro Service corporate team. I'd avoid doing business with these people, but, if you do - just leave an honest review after calling for a month and they will get with you in a timely manner.
