  They have been out 3 times for the same leak and have not yet fixed it, but they have sent me over a $400 bill for not fixing it. Update 10/13/2020 After tearing up the pads on the roof myself and cleaning the area, I called them back out as I found a cut on the edge of one of the walking pads. They came out and repaired the leak free of charge in exchange that I would pay the $400 invoice from the first few times they were out and were not able to locate the leak. I am happy to say that we have had a good hard rain and we have no more leaks. I am adding 2 more stars for them making good on the work.

  Rich, The invoice that is being mentioned in your review is from March 2020 (and still outstanding). The roof in which you are referencing to is in "Poor" condition and should be replaced. In September we did come back after you removed your walk pads and debris from the roof, and were able to take care of the issue and charged you nothing extra. We appreciate your feedback and will be looking for payment of your past due invoice. Thank you

  very poor service! waited one month for Jim to get back with me for an estimate they he had already come out on! { 15k job],, called back and he said he was sorry but they were no interested!!!
