  During the final design and bidding stages of a home remodeling project of a garage expansion to include a workshop/studio, I had the good fortune of being given a recommendation for a General Contractor, David Sparks of Sparks Construction. During our first meeting, I felt that my project was as important to him as it was to me. He provided some insight and recommendations related to design features that would save on expenses and shorten the actual building process. His bid was not only competitive, but comprehensive and transparent in details. From initiation of the project until the final walk through at completion, David kept me updated daily, either by a site visit or phone call to discuss current progress and updates on scheduling of work. His subcontractors were skilled tradesman who took pride in their work and were respectful of my home and schedule, including daily site cleanup. Several weeks following completion of the project and after the final invoice had been paid, David responded without delay to address and remedy a minor garage door malfunction. It is my pleasure to recommend Sparks Construction for any building project, home improvement or renovation project you might have. You will not be disappointed in the outcome.

  Organized, knowlegable, and trustworthy! We did a large remodel on our own and ran into some challenges. WE called Dave in to take a look. He was very helpful in troubleshooting and giving us advice and direction. He did come in and help us install our center island ceiling hood on our slanted ceiling. He is the ultimate project manager and is very organized and true to his word. I would refer him over and over again! Thanks Dave!
