  First they tried charging me more than what was listed on the shelf tag, then they still ended up charging about twice as much as anywhere else. I will never go there again.

  Poor service. Been here 3 times in the past 4 months. Unfriendly and absolutely no service. The first time, I had to load 16' 4x6's basically on my own and little help with 2x6's and additional lumber. The last time I was in, I was on crutches and 4 employees were present. Not one person helped. Then I had to go back and figure the prices for all of my nuts and bolts. The front desk guy was not helpful as he apologized for their computer system 4 times as he was checking me out. Then I had to ask for a bag so I could carry out my merchandise and still open the doors on crutches. Basically if you're not a local contractor they don't even care.

  Really nice and polite people. Good place to make deliveries. Their property is really clean. They have sense of humor which is always a plus 😀
