  I have had used Sovern Construction for a couple projects and am completely satisfied with their work. The employees are polite and the bid price never goes over budget. They are a first rate operation and I would recommend them to anyone. They work hard at not trying to be the cheapest but to give the best value for the money spent. I always say that cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap. These guys provide value!

  Gave estimate of a roof problem, made us wait a week for estimate opinion. Young man had covered nail geads will caulk. For area if leak started would only do whole roof or nothing. Billed $96, point is ask cost of estimate prior to it being done. Lesson learned
