  I called, they came out. We needed the roof repaired. They tried to sell us a whole new roof. I asked him to send me two quotes, one for the repair and one for the new roof. He asked if I had authority to approve the expense of a new roof. I told him I would need to talk to my partners, he cringed. I never heard from them again. But hey, at least they came out for the estimate.

  I had a great experience with Southwest Roofing. I got my estimates and a date to start my roof(new felt and shingles). The Friday before the install on Tuesday, I received a call that they have to reschedule my installation. Rain is coming. I thought rain, In Yuma? The weather reports are seldom correct and when it rains it clears up in a couple of hours. Well, it rained and rained and rained. The following week it was rescheduled and done in a timely manor. I had a seamless rain gutter and downspout installed too. Most estimates I got for gutters was in 10 foot lengths. I even had a guy tell me vinyl was fine in Yuma. I disagreed. Southwest installed seamless, one 34 ft length. and it is white painted aluminum. I recommend Southwest Roofing, I received a good price and great quality. My home looks great. They did a great job for me.

  In my personal opinion, this was some of the poorest craftsmanship I have ever seen. The company was a true nightmare to work with. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
