  I am a board member for the Courtyards at Severance, I worked with John and his crew this summer painting the condos and could not be more pleased with the results. John walked me through all that would be done for the project and was very detailed with what would be completed. He was extremely professional and present during the project which was a welcomed change from the work we have had completed in the past. I recommend John and his crew for any of your painting/restoration needs.

  We have hired Southwest Companies now for multiple residential and commercial projects. They not only provided competitive pricing, but they also consistently delivered best in class work quality. Additionally, when a roofing issue arose on a project that was not the fault of Southwest, they jumped back on the project to fix the problem within a day. All around great company to work with as a commercial and residential general contractor.
