Southern Roofing Solutions is absolutely the best. Bryan Rhodes was simply outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what the insurance covered, reviewed the different products available and in the end I think I have the safest and best looking roof. I would definitely recommend this company if your roof must be replaced.

Southern Roofing Solutions was very professional and they came out immediately to meet me when I needed to replace my roof. They came up with a good plan since my roof is very steep and has 10 ft glass panels surrounding the hours. They make sure everything was to my satisfaction and very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding job overall from start to finish.  My husband and I are very pleased. We highly recommend this company. Bryan Rhodes was very pleasant and detailed ordinated.  We were upgraded to premium products. The crew arrived at sunrise and worked all day long and clean up was great, I have referred 3 of my neighbor's so far . One of the best experiences we have had dealing with contractors.  Very professional and honest.

Southern Roofing Solutions repaired my roof and chimney and replaced all my gutters.  Brian and his crew were very professional to work with and made  sure the gutters matched the trim on my house. Everything looked amazing when they were finished. I would highly recommend Southern Roofing Solutions to my friends and use them again myself.

I had a great experience with Southern Roofing from start to finish.  All I ended up requiring were some much needed repairs, not a whole new roof.  They were priced appropriately and completed when promised.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.  This was my first and only connection with anyone associated with the company.  I just responded to a letter they sent out.  Thanks Brian -- we need more folks like you out there.

Bait and switch. The owner (Bryan Rhodes) was persistent and promised prompt communication, responsiveness. Once I signed and scheduled, it went downhill from there. He may or may not do what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. I have yet to receive warranty documentation, etc.. I had the company who sealed my home up from pests in April come back to make sure the seal was still intact after my roof replacement; he found that the drip edge has not been installed in all of the necessary places. Several phone calls, texts, and weeks later, Bryan has yet to follow through on sending my paperwork, responding to my messages. Yet, today, when my insurance adjuster caught him off guard, he stated the job has been completed. I will resolve this issue, but I don't want anyone else to have such an experience with this guy. But, it's my own fault. I'd started working with another roofer when Bryan missed our first appointment, but gave Bryan another chance. Also, I didn't check his status on the Secretary of State website. As of 6/30/18 (the day my roof was FINALLY installed, albeit not completely), the State issued Notice of Intent to Administratively Dissolve for failure to register his company. The only reason SRS got 1 star is because the shingles look good. But, water damage from the downpours we've have because my drip edges are not all in place is a HUGE problem.

Bryan and his crew did an amazing job transforming our house.  From the educational estimate process, to the stellar roofing job and the final walk-around they addressed every question and concern we had.  I don't normally go with the lowest bidder ($1500 less than the competitors), but the level of quality at every step made this a no-brainer.  Plus, I love supporting locally owned businesses.  Have already recommended them to neighbors and coworkers.

They are professional, honest and very hard-working. Brahian, my contact, was very engaged with the project the entire time.  I highly recommend Southern Roofing Solutions!  Everything was extremely smooth and my roof looks amazing!

We were VERY Happy with our experience with SouthernRoofing Solutions. Brihine offered excellent customer service beyond anything we have experienced. He was on spot, before, during and after the project. He personally followed up on any rubbish or nails left over in the yard and made sure everything was good with our satellite dish. Stellar leader of the roofing team. Brian was great after the project with billing questions and solutions.  Very personable. The company works as a team and every step is seamless. We have enjoyed this process and it has been painless. This company is a keeper!

We had an excellent experience with southern roofing.  They were on time, did a great job installing the new roof, and we're very professional from the start to the end. I highly recommend them.
