  Geoff installed a stairway to our open truss attic, added electric and completed drywall. He also installed a custom window which required new framing doe to extensive water damage. We liked his work so much, we asked him to come back to install an attic exhaust and repair some faulty roofing. We are very pleased with Geoff’s professionalism and attention to detail. We will definitely use him again.

  We first met Geoff when he installed our new Pella windows. He was attentive to detail and responsive to our questions and concerns. We were happy with the window install and decided to use him to install new siding and replace a French door with a picture window. He and Joseph did an excellent job. Our house looks great! We are very happy with all the work performed by Geoff and Southern Renovations, and we would use him again for future projects. He went above and beyond to make sure the work was done properly and that we were satisfied.
