  Lane worked with me to inspect a leak. He arrived on time, communicated directly and genuinely vetted my concerns. His active listening skills were put to test by a thorough inspection of my attic and small crawl space leading to the bump out breakfast nook in an attempt to find all evidence of water damage. This was not easy! So far, this company has been stellar to work with. Whether they attempt to fix a small or bigger problem, I’m confident in their judgment because their approach is to harness the root of the problem. They produced 45 photos for my review and followed up with my State Farm representatives. My claim was approved in less than a week.
