  Dealing with home renovations can be a stressful and potentially unpleasant affair, but a great contractor can make all the difference. This was certainly the case with our recent interaction with Southern Home Renovations in Morehead, Kentucky. Our home recently received damage from ice and hail storms, which necessitated a new roof and gutters, and we are very glad that we called on them for the needed repairs. Proprietor Shaun Pope and his efficient and courteous staff provided great advice, as well as prompt and skilled service, and worked directly with our insurance provider to ensure our needs were met and that we received maximum benefits from our coverage. All work was done on time, for the agreed upon price and clean-ups and follow-ups attended to meticulously. I have had occasion to work with several contractors over the years, on several homes, in multiple states, and the service we received from Southern Home in Morehead was hands-down the best. They have our highest recommendation.
