James is wonderful to work with! We are prepping to sell our house and he came highly recommended by our relator. Throughout the process, James has been quick to respond, super personable and gives great quotes. Jamal worked with us on power washing our house and spent his time getting things done thoroughly and was professional as well. We are using James and team for painting the exterior of our house and are truly looking forward to working with them again.

James and Southern Extreme Details just did a fantastic job pressure washing my entire house on Johns Island. The exterior of my house is immaculate and he got all of the mud dauber nest. Kema was very professional, friendly, and very thorough.  She detailed both of my vehicles in one visit, both inside and out.  She was able to remove a few body blemishes and polished my vehicles like they have never shined before!  I highly recommend her and Southern Extreme for any vehicle detail needs!

I had my 2018 Class A RV washed and waxed. My biggest issue is that most of the waxing was done at the end of the day and in the dark. I used the headlights from my tow vehicle to help illuminate my camper, but it was still difficult to tell if all of the camper had wax applied and buffed off. The areas worked in the daylight look fine. Those areas completed after dark show areas with no wax applied or incomplete buffing. The front cap needed extra work and was the last to be done. It probably needed to be compounded and then a coat of wax applied. Although wax was applied, it does not show any shine.
Overall, the gentleman doing the work was professional and pleasant to work with; but in the future, I would contract to insure that the work be completed during daylight and that the proper attention be given to the areas that needed a little extra attention.

It could of been as easy as a tech back at the camper in the morning to make correction if you would of made a initiative to just communicate first. All of our techs work hard, very dedicated  & generally push to make our customers Happy during the process and after if there is a reasonable issue that can be resolved. James did a great job on my truck! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their car/truck detailed. He cleaned the inside, the outside and even cleaned my engine bay. Made the truck look brand new! I was able to sell my truck the very next day after getting it detailed by James. Thank you again ! I will be looking to use your services again.

James responded to my request for a quote very promptly. He was right on time at my house to detail the inside of my car. He worked diligently and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He paid extra attention to the seat where my toddler sits and snacks on things, just as I requested. My car looks and smells BRAND NEW even a week later!
