  Original problem was leaking through roof. Their analysis was corroded screws. Replaced whole roof at great expense. Still leaked. Then they said it was the chimney (which it probably was), but after having another company deal with the chimney (SE doesn't do chimneys) at more expense, it still leaked. I asked them to check the flashing at the chimney, and they took weeks to come out, and said it was ok. Went through this a few times, same story. But whenever a big rain came, it still leaked in same place (I had to repair interior twice). Last time I contacted them as it was pouring rain. Didn't hear from them for a week, at which time they said they have to check while it is leaking. Crazy! My new contractor said that the flashing at the chimney was badly done - despite statements by SE that all was fine. Finally, their response to my complaints were completely unsatisfactory.

  Thank you for your feed back on your experience with our company. We always endeavor to improve our customer service. Your original roof was in poor condition and had been through a hurricane which also damaged the chimney housing. We worked to respond as quickly as possible to any warranty request. As of our last visit we were pleased to see that you had removed the chimney entirely to remedy the rotten siding and chimney cap damage. We feel this will solve any long term problem.

  I am writing this with a heavy heart. I recently contracted with Southeast Roofing to replace my roof after hurricane Sally. My neighbor had informed me that he had contracted them through Lowe’s and was satisfied with their work. I called them in early October 2021 to schedule an estimate, They were very professional at this phase of the project, we were not sure of the color, so I asked if they could provide customers whom had installed the roofing color we were interested in. The office staff was some what accommodating. As a result we were able to find the color we liked. We then scheduled the installation of the new roof. They showed up on time and ready to work. Completed the job before I arrived home from work that day. The roof was replaced on December 12th 2021 and required full payment upon completion. I delivered a cashier’s check on December 14th 2021 in the amount of $11,640.00. I had my wife get the cashier’s check from the bank and she had shorted the check by $1000.00 which was brought to my attention when I delivered the check to the office. I told the stall member that it was an oversite and that I would pay them ASAP. PROBLEM I live in Navarre and commute to Pensacola and my bank is in Ft. Walton, this is due to my recent change in employment so getting the monies was a challenge. I offered to pay by phone but was told that there was a large fee to use this option, so I said I would pay you ASAP, well the Holliday’s hit and other issues, when I contacted the staff and explained the issue they said no problem pay the amount owed as soon as you can. 01/06/22 Just received a threat of intent to file a lean… Heavy Heart

  I would like to thank you for all the positive statements you made regarding the quality and professionalism of the roof installation. We pride ourselves in providing top quality service. I apologize that there was some misunderstanding about the billing. However, the account was not paid in it's entirety and based on Florida regulations we send out a notice of intent to lien after payment is outstanding for over 30 days upon completion of an installation. Your roof install was completed on 12/1/21. This is not a lien, but only a notice that if the account is left unpaid a lien would be filed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and wish you well.

  They did a beautiful job on my metal roof! On time and fast! Even worked through the rain. Payment can easily be made on the phone. Definitely will recommend to all!!
