Having spent my entire work life in the service business, the most difficult part of this review is where to start. The two words that first come to mind are Professionalism and Quality. Right from the very start I knew I had chosen the right company by my calls with Jake Capizzi our sales consultant. I thought I was detail oriented, this guy makes me look like a beginner. He explained every step of the roofing process from start to finish; and he did a hands on explanation of every part and product that would be used in the process. Then I got the joy of working with Michael Miller, our Project Manager. I got my first call from Michael, he starts off by introducing himself, and then walked me through every step of the new roofing process explaining the scheduling of material and dumpster delivery; right to the very end of yard clean up. Folks, I didn't need to ask any questions, they all got answered before the project even got started. Two more words that this company knows well are Follow Up. I'm not talking just getting a call at the end of the job, I'm talking follow up on every step of the process and every call that was made. Have no doubts, when you use South Shore Roofing for your project, you will be 100% happy, Period. Kudos to Jake and Michael, I've got to say it again... You Guys ROCK !!!

Relievable Outstanding Ownership Fantastic Company From the start to the finish you will in Great hands! When the first meeting with Kevin McCray started I knew this would turn out awesome. He showed me the pictures that he took during my inspection and DID NOT push or hurry me in anyway. Class act gentleman. He turned over the project to Michael Miller and still in great hands. Keep me abreast of everything, from materials arriving to dumpster leaving. The crew was very very quick and efficient. Hard working crew that Juan (I believe that was his name) had did a outstanding job. I may have found 2 or 3 nails from the roof, which in my books is Top of the Line. The owner of the company did the QA portion and made sure there were no loose ends. Kyle you have a outstanding company. From top to bottom. To put a cap on everything Torrie Bratcher finished strong with the company's paper work. Now this was a great experience to better my home with everyone involved. THANK YOU!

Where do I begin. Firstly the salesperson Jake was very good at his job !! Very professional , knowledgeable . Our job was to take a day and 1/2 tops and ended up to be 4 with a torn porch screen in the mix. The workmanship was good but the logistics TERRIBLE! The crew came with one person to nail and 4 clean up and assistants. We were told 2 were out sick and they "don't pull from other crews " which seems cockamamie at best to me something about crew milieu and knowing the leader etc getting along etc ( this is not surgery and they are grown men !!! GET ALONG FOR A DAY for God's sake !) I would rather they postpone the job until a full crew could be had !. Work started on Friday ended on Monday. We had no TV for all those days either which included College Ball for my husband. In the process a screen was torn some and the Supervisor went to Lowe's for replacement bringing back a privacy screening which did not match at all and the crew leader installed before I had a chance to stop him.I live in an HOA community and expected them to come down on us but they did not. Your company came highly recommended and I chose you over 3 others even though you were more expensive. I do want to give a shout out to OSVALDO GAALAVIZ who worked tirelessly as the lone nailer and BRYAN RAMOS who tried to keep things together as the team leader. These men should be paid double time . Michael Miller ,the supervisor ,apologized but the company's administrative "mess" makes no compensation for the inconvenience, noise & delays your company caused. We do expect your company to follow through with your warranties.

Sandi!!! We can't believe it! I hate that you had to go through that, it doesn't feel good at all agh I would be going crazy if I was in your shoes and losing my mind! The entire office staff sat here behind my desk and read your review aloud and everyone feels really really bad -- and we all wish things ended up perfect like they usually do. Michael specifically, your project manager, he just feels awful and did everything he could at the time and wanted to do anything and everything he could to help, but somehow this bad thing just happened and it didn't go well at all. I am so sorry your roof took 4 days to complete and for the challenges throughout that were our fault. I wish things went differently. I am glad at the least that the roof looks great and everything turned out right in the end regarding that at least!! I do also thank you for the compliments on Jake and Michael's professionalism and communication throughout. I wish things worked out differently and you had the same experience everyone else has. It has been almost a year since any project process went so wrong like this! Our lifetime workmanship warranty is there for you as long as you live in the home. We are always a phone call away and will always be here for you no matter what!
