  After getting several bids, we contracted with Source One to do our roof. We have a complex roofline, with multiple dormers, vents, etc. The crew did an amazing job, arriving at our home at about 7:30 in the morning, and finishing the cleanup at about 10:15 at night. The roof looks phenomenal. The workers were respectful, and incredibly hard-working. It was 85° and they slogged through the whole job to finish it in one day. A couple of the guys returned the next day to look for stray nails, just in case. Overall, initial bid, to reviewing the products, and picking out the shingles we wanted, we are very pleased with our new roof, and the job Source One did to install it. Special thanks to the amazing crew foreman, Pedro, and the sales rep we worked with (George Mandel) for the attentive bid and attention to detail. Edit: A few months later and our new siding, soffit & gutters are in and I continue to be very happy with the results. The workmanship and attention to detail are impressive.

  George was professional, very informative, and patient with my questions. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right away when he came out to give me an estimate. The roofing crew did a fantastic job. My roof looks beautiful. I was impressed by how well organized the roofing crew was and how well they cleaned up. It was also good to see smiles on all of the roofers faces and how nice they were towards me every time I stepped outside to watch how things were progressing. I can't say enough good things about the whole process, from George giving the estimate to the completion of the roof replacement. I highly recommend Source One 😁

  One of the many storms in Michigan ripped siding off of my house. Source One Construction was able to get me a quote within a couple days of searching. Job was completed before the time that was estimated and the job they did looks great. You can’t even tell that this was a repair. Recommend their services!
