  As a first time home buyer, you take many risks and put your trust into many people to make your house a home. SOS Restoration was one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. They went above and beyond putting a new roof on my house and the customer service was exceptional. It was very easy to stay in contact, communicate ideas and get regular updates on the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or like me, a new roof entirely!

  These guys are great! They’re friendly, knowledgeable, funny and they are very proactive. If I had any questions while calling insurance, they would just come to my house and be there to talk to the insurance agents with me. You can’t find a more professional experience than that! When I had documents to mail out, Sam would come pick them up and mail them for me - stamps and all. After about two weeks there was a truck at my house loading shingles on my roof and the next day I didn’t believe it when my wife called me and told me it was done. When I got home from work I was overwhelmed with a sense of pride and new love for my house. Thank you so much SOS restoration!

  Make sure everything is perfect before you give them the final check. Had our roof done 3 months ago. After several phone calls about a problem, they are no longer answering our calls. Had to call another company to resolve the problem and we still have not received our warranty.
