  I recently had a complete roof replacement on a house in a historic district. Sonny's Property Maintenance was recommended by contractors we had used, so we called for a quote. We had to get approval for the roof repair with the local historic commission, which was granted, but did take some time. Bob Loehr, the owner, was very easy to work with. He spent a lot of time explaining the work that was needed and how the products he used would protect the roof. The whole process was completed in a timely manner and the crew did a wonderful job. The roof had a lot of rotted wood, which took more time to replace, but I now have a tightly sealed roof which should never leak again! The price was reasonable for a very complicated roof, and potential extra charges, explained in the contract, were also reasonable and expected after the rot was uncovered. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and am happy to recommend Bob Loehr and Sonny's Property Maintenance!

  Professional experience, they did an exceptional job repaired all rotting wood prior to new roof Great working with the. Always answered my calls n questions promptly they did a Fabulous job definitely recommend them to others

  Sonny's did a fabulous job replacing our roof. Bob and his crew went above and beyond, used quality materials, and were very professional from start to finish. The quality of the job was top notch, the price was fair and they left the property clean and picked up. I would highly recommend Sonny's.
