  We paid a deposit to have a roof installed via an insurance claim. The check was cashed immediately on 8-20-2020. No work was ever scheduled, performed and we asked for the money to be returned. We formally asked for a return on 9-9-2020 in writing after numerous attempts to resolve this. We were given a check in 9-26-2020 after a lot of broken promises, meetings, and claims. The check still isnt good. So we are out the money. I wouldnt pay anything as a deposit. I have no idea on the quality of work as none was ever performed.

  The work done on my house was wonderful. Although, I am having a horrible problem with Lance, He back up into my son's car and did quite a bit of damage to it and will not pay for the repairs but he wants me to pay my deductible to him. Lance also took material that I brought and did not credit me for them. I an very upset with Lance's professional attitude and I refuse to pay anything until my son's car get repaired.

  Songy Roofing sent out a completely inept roofing crew who nailed hundreds of nails through our exposed roof decking, tried to steal our copper, and had numerous large issues with defective craftsmanship throughout the job! We had to pay another roofer $20,000 to tear off our entire new roof in addition to the almost $11,000 that we paid Songy! I highly recommend that readers DO NOT fall for Songy’s fancy sales job because he can not provide quality services for what is sold!
